VAR/CITY comes from the creative desire of young professionals, who live and breathe fashion daily. A new contemporary brand, embodying the taste of its own public, proposes an urban-chic collection available from Fall/Winter 2013 season. A ready-to-wear selection of male and female clothes made up of two capsule collections of bomber jackets, blazers, coats, sweatshirts and t-shirts.

In conjunction with the recent expansion, our “Creative Lab” get structured with the addition of outstanding profiles and starting from AW14 Collection the most important collaboration born between us and the experienced designer Marco Ciampalini.

Marco Ciampalini starts at the beginning of 90’, he had the first stylistic experiences with Marithé and Francois Girbaud when he could enter in contact with the experimentation of models, the search of shapes and clothes and the sharing of ideas. After that, he collaborated with various designers such as Dean and Dan Caten, Riccardo Tisci, Alessandro Dell’Acqua, Helmut Lang and Michael Kors. The most important experiences came with Allegri Men’ and Women’. A tailoring concept and his marked natural talent lead him to a valuable relationship and a following collaboration with Neil Barrett.

The collaboration with LVMH group for Louis Vuitton Men’ enabled him to build an important sensitivity for an urban luxury product. At the same time he took part in the Pirelli project city sport man and woman.

In 2010, he was appointed Fashion Creative Director for Gazzarrini. Therefore, he could develop his own avant-garde sartorial vision on a contemporary international menswear collection for a cultured consumer. His design deals with tailoring couture that is showed in technical easy to wear items and that joins shape, construction and search of performance materials.
